FROZEN SEQUEL! The next chapter in the Frozen story, a "holiday featurette" called Olaf's Frozen Adventure, is coming this November. The original cast is back in the 21-minute feature which follows Olaf as he sets out to find a family tradition fit for Elsa and Anna, who realize they don't have one to call their own. DEAD CELEB! Adam West, best known as TV's Batman, died on Friday at age 88 after a short battle with leukemia. William West Anderson was born Sept. 19, 1928 in Walla Walla, Washington. West attended a private liberal arts college in his hometown, after which he was drafted in the U.S. Army. It was there he got his first taste as an entertainer on American Forces Network television. WEEKEND BOX OFFICE! Wonder Woman remained at the top spot at the box office for the second straight week, topping The Mummy, starring Tom Cruise, which failed to impress the public. IDOL AUDITIONS! ABC's reboot of American Idol is set to premiere next year, but auditions will begin August 17. HAIL HAIL CHUCK BERRY! Chuck Berry's final album, Chuck, hits stores today. Berry produced the album and wrote eight of its 10 tracks. He recorded it in his native St. Louis with members of his longtime backing band. They would remain married, seeing each other only occasionally until she was found floating dead in her backyard swimming pool on June 8th, 1982.
1974 Rick Wakeman left Yes. He rejoined the group in 1976, but left again in 1980.
1991 Bruce Springsteen marries Patti Scialfa, a backup singer in the E Street Band.

PHIL FALLS FLAT! Phil Collins has cancelled his London shows tonight and tomorrow after suffering a nasty fall in his hotel room last night. He was taken to the hospital where he had stitches to close a gash on his head which he got after he slipped and bashed his on a chair. The concerts have been rescheduled for November 26 and 26. But don't worry. As his tour proclaims, he's "Not Dead Yet." Get the prognosis.

ELVIS BOXED! A new Elvis compilation featuring his earliest recordings, including his complete body of work with Sun Records, will be released on July 28. A Boy from Tupelo: The Complete 1953-1955 Recordings will be available as a three-CD box set and will include every known master and outtake he recorded for Sun records. POT PIZZA! A medical marijuana dispensary in Quincy Massachusetts has added pot pizza to its menu.. But it ain't cheap. A CAPITOL 4TH! The Beach Boys and The Four Tops are among the artists set to performer at the annual PBS special, A Capitol Fourth, on the West Lawn of the U.S. Capitol. John Stamos will host as well as play drums with The Beach Boys. The show will air at 7 p.m. on PBS. Get the details.

DEAD CELEB! Marilyn Hall, an Emmy-winning TV writer-producer, philanthropist and wife of Let's Make a Deal host Monty Hall, died on Monday at age 90. She also served as a writer on the TV series Love American Style, and as a producer on the 1982 TV movie A Woman Called Golda. Get the obit.

ANGRY BIRD! A peacock went on a rampage at a California liquor store last Monday. After gaining entry, the berserk bird flew around the store breaking bottles of wine and champagne and causing $500 damage in the ensuing mayhem. COLLINS' LAME EXCUSE! Phil Collins says he decided to come out of retirement because his youngest children kept asking him to. He says retirement was a lame excuse not to perform. So last year, he decided to do a few shows with his son Nic on drums. He enjoyed it so much that he eventually decided to tour again. ELTON JOHN TERROR TRIBUTE! Elton John has paid tribute to the victims of terror attacks in Manchester and London. During his concert in Derby, England Sunday night, Elton dedicated his hit "I Want Love" to those who were killed. Get the details.

GREGG ALLMAN LAID TO REST! Over the weekend Gregg Allman was laid to rest in Macon, Georgia. Allman's former wife, Cher, was among the mourners at the service, as were fellow Allman Brothers Band members Dickey Betts, Jai Johanny "Jaimoe" Johanson and Derek Trucks. Allman died May 27 of liver cancer at age 69 following years of failing health. KC SHAKES HIS BOOTY! KC and the Sunshine Band is bringing some heat to the dance floor just in time for summer with a new single called "Movin' Your Body." A lyric video of the song was premiered recently on Billboard.com and also can be viewed on the band's official YouTube Channel.

PATRIOTIC SQUIRRELS! An Air Force veteran in San Antonio recently discovered that all the American flags in his front yard had been stolen. But it turns out it wasn't vandalism. Apparently his next door neighbor witnessed a pair of squirrels ripping the flags from their sticks and running off with them.
