LENNON PAINTING!
To celebrate International Day of Peace, an artist will erect an enormous painting of John Lennon in Central Park. The 2,500-square-foot "Imagine Again" will be unveiled at noon ET at Central Park's Naumburg Bandshell.  The painting will only be up until 8 p.m. Click here to check it out.

NATIONAL TWIST DAY! Chubby Checker is celebrating by teaming with non-profit Mascots for a Cure to raise money for and awareness of the battle against childhood cancer. Checker issued a "Twist Challenge" on his Facebook page in the hopes that it will go viral like the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge. Twist for more.

DWTS ELIMINATION! Apparently magic wasn't enough to save Wizards of Waverly Place actor Jake T. Austin, who was sent packing last night. Meanwhile, Ryan Lochte escaped elimination and Maureen McCormick, my pick to go all the way, is still in the running. Get the scores.

PERSERVERANCE PAYS OFF--LITERALLY! A woman in Boise, Idaho, won $390,000 in the state's lottery, playing the same numbers she's played since the lottery began in 1989. She chose the one-time lump sum option of $390,000, which she plans to invest. Uh Huh. Get the numbers.

BRANGELINA UPDATE! How the assets will be split between the two remains to be seen, but Forbes has broken down what the duo is worth. Since 2014 Brad Pitt earned around $76 million of the duo's $117.5 million. Their worth also includes Château Miraval, which they purchased for $60 million, and future earnings from upcoming movies. Get the nitty gritty details.
