ABBA REISSUE! ABBA will release a 25th anniversary limited-edition version of their 1992 best-of collection, Gold: Greatest Hits, on June 30. Geils formed the group in 1967 and the group scored its first top 20 hit in 1974 with "Must of Got Lost." Their 1981 album Freeze Frame reached #1 and "Centerfold" was their only #1 hit. WATTS AWARD! Charlie Watts, a jazz aficionado, will receive a special honor recognizing his lifetime contribution to the genre and to blues music at the 2017 Jazz FM Awards on April 25 in London. ADELE SETS RECORD! Adele's album 21 came out in 2011, has the record for most weeks on the Billboard 200 album chart for an album by a woman. The previous record holder was Carole King's classic 1971 album Tapestry with 318 non- consecutive weeks on the chart. NO PERRY PERFORMANCE! He didn't perform with them, but Steve Perry did join his former Journey band mates Friday night in Brooklyn as they were inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. RENT A CHICK! A farm in Omaha is offering a Rent-a-Chick program this Easter. For $25 a week or $35 for two, families can take baby chicks home for Easter. SPRINGSTEEN STUFF FOR SALE! The Memorabilia dealer Moments in Time is offering what it bills as "The Ultimate Bruce Springsteen Collection." for a staggering $7.5 million. That insane price includes handwritten lyric sheets for several classic Springsteen tunes including a 1974 draft of "Tenth Avenue Freeze-Out," a 1971 draft of "Rosalita," a 1974 draft of "Born to Run" and a complete Springsteen lyric book from 1968 and other things that only a consummate Springsteen fan could appreciate. LICENSE TO FLY! Harrison Ford will retain his pilot's license after a February incident involving a a near miss with a passenger jet. WRONG ADDRESS! An Arkansas woman is in jail after her shipment of drugs was delivered to the wrong address. The wrong recipient took the package to police, who contacted the woman and promptly arrested her when she showed up to pick it up. BOB DYLAN'S PRIZE! Bob Dylan has finally collected his Nobel Prize for Literature. Dylan, who was awarded the Nobel Prize last October, capped the day with one of two scheduled performances.
