BILLY JOEL AT NASSAU! In August of 2015, Billy Joel performed the final concert at Nassau Veterans Memorial Coliseum before it was closed for a $165 million renovation. LIVERPOOL CELEBRATES PEPPER'S! In celebration of the 50th anniversary of the release of Sgt. LYNYRD SKYNYRD BIOPIC! A new biopic about the 1977 plane crash that claimed the life of Ronnie Van Zant and other members of Lynyrd Skynyrd will begin shooting later this month. Street Survivors: The True Story of the Lynyrd Skynyrd Plane Crash is based on plane crash survivor Artimus Pyle's experiences and recollections of the crash which occurred on October 20, 1977.
