POKEMON GO INSANITY! A woman in Canada was arrested after allegedly firing a pellet gun at on Pokémon Go players near her home. The woman fired at least four shots from the roof of a two-story building Saturday night, police said. ELECTION SONGS PARODY SONG! Every election cycle, there's always the candidate that uses an artist's song in their campaign without permission. This time around, Donald Trump has used songs from Queen, The Rolling Stones and George Harrison. 1969: Aretha Franklin is arrested for disorderly conduct after creating a disturbance in a Detroit parking lot.
1987: A jury in New York ruled that Morris Albert's 1975 "Feelings" was plagiarized from "Pour Toi", a song written in 1956 by French composer Lou Lou Geste.
1994: At Giants Stadium, Billy Joel and Elton John performed the first of five concerts together.
1996: Donovan was forced to postpone a comeback tour of the US when American authorities delayed granting him a waiver to enter the country because of a 30-year-old marijuana conviction in Britain. The tour was designed to promote Donovan's first album of new material in a dozen years.

DEAD CELEB! Garry Marshall, famous for creating classic sitcoms like The Odd Couple, Happy Days, Laverne & Shirley and Mork & Mindy has died. He passed away yesterday from complications of pneumonia following a stroke. Marshall earned five Primetime Emmy nominations during his career. He was inducted into the Television Hall of Fame in 1997. Get the obit.

SKYNYRD CANCELS CONCERT! Lynyrd Skynyrd cancelled last night's performance in Lewiston, New York, because Gary Rossington was experiencing chest pains. The band will resume their tour once  Rossington gets his doctor's ok. The band says it will reschedule the show. Get he prognosis.

CELEBRITY ENGAGEMENT! Bad news guys. Pippa Middleton is off the market. Britain's most eligible bachelorette became engaged over the weekend to James Matthews, a 40-year-old financier and will tie the knot next year. Matthews proposed to Middleton, 32, on bended knee after getting permission from her father. JACKSON DOCTOR TELL-ALL BOOK! Dr. Conrad Murray has written a tell-all book about Michael Jackson. MOVIE TICKETS PRICE RECORD! The average price for a ticket has risen to a record high of $8.73. POKEMON PLAYER IN POKEY, MAN! A man playing Pokemon Go wound up in jail when his chase took him to a police station in Michigan. William Wilcox, 24, was taken into custody last week after police in Milford, Michigan found him saw him playing Pokemon Go outside of the police station and discovered that he had an outstanding arrest warrant. ROCK HALL THREE FOR ALL TOUR!
 The Rock Hall Three for All tour, featuring Heart, Joan Jett & the Blackhearts and Cheap Trick, gets underway tonight in Clarkston, Michigan. The title of the trek refers to the fact that all three bands have been inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall Fame: Heart in 2013, Jett & the Blackhearts last year and Cheap Trick in April of this year. A new made-for-TV film called Elvis Lives! which explores the fictional premise that Elvis didn't die, will premiere on AXS TV on the 39th anniversary of the King's passing on August 16th. The scene is set two months before Presley's actual death, and finds Elvis aiding the FBI by testifying against an evil syndicate out to kill him. Get more on it.

DEAD CELEB! Michael Cimino, who won the best-director Oscar for the 1978 film The Deer Hunter has died. Police found him dead Saturday at his L.A. home after friends were unable to reach him by phone. A cause of death has not yet been determined. Cimino was 77. See his credits on the IMDb.
