BOWIE BIRTHPLACE MEMORIAL! A U.K. artist collective called This Ain't Rock'n'Roll plans to erect a a sculpture paying tribute to David Bowie in the London district where he was was born. HARRISON FORD'S CLOSE CALL! A video has surfaced of Harrison Ford's close call with a passenger jet at Santa Monica, California's John Wayne Airport last week. The video was captured by runway cameras and shows how dangerously close he passed over an American Airlines 737 that was on the taxiway. MONOPOLY TOKEN AXED! Monopoly is doing away with one of its legendary player tokens. DEAD CELEB! Richard Hatch, best known for playing Apollo on TV's Battlestar Galactica died yesterday at age 71 after a battle with pancreatic cancer. Hatch, who later appeared in the 2004 series reboot,  began his TV acting career on the daytime soap All My Children in 1970. Get the obit.

RARE BEATLES FOOTAGE FOUND! Previously unseen footage of The Beatles performing in Montreal during their first North American tour in 1964 will go up for bid in the U.K. as part of a memorabilia sale. The 10-minute film was discovered recently in a drawer by the grandson of the man who shot it after he passed away. The film is expected to fetch at least $12,500. Watch a snippit.

Narrated by the late singer-songwriter himself, Leonard Cohen: I’m Your Man offers insight into Cohen's personality and also features him teaming with U2 for a performance of his "Tower Song." The Blu-ray version is in stores today.

SUPER BOWL RATINGS! The final numbers are in. Fox's broadcast of  the Super Bowl was seen by an average of 111.3 million viewers, falling short of last year's 111.9 million. Lady Gaga's halftime show drew even more viewers than the game itself: 117.5 million, making it the second most-watched halftime show in Super Bowl history, behind Katy Perry's 2015 performance at 120.7 million viewers. DEAD CELEB! Sonny Geraci, singer of the 60s rock band The Outsiders of the song "Time Won't Let Me" fame, died yesterday at age 69. Geraci suffered a brain aneurysm in 2012 and had been in poor health since. Get the obit.

WEEKEND BOX OFFICE! Split topped the weekend box office for the third straight week. Rings, the third chapter in the Ring trilogy, had the worst opening for any of the franchise's films, but still managed a second-place finish. DON McLEAN REFLECTIONS! As the artist who wrote the 1971 #1 hit "American Pie," Don McLean reflects on what he called "the day the music died." He says, "Buddy Holly was only 22 years old when he died…By that time, he had recorded something like 60 sides and every one of them was a hit song and most were hit records. CELEBRITY SUE-AGE! A financial dispute has broken out among the children of the late Bobby Vee. Apparently Robby Velline and Jennifer Whittet Velline have filed a petition accusing their siblings, Jeff and Tommy Velline, of diverting money from their father's estate to fund Rockhouse Productions, a recording studio established by Vee and his late wife in the 1980s and now run by their two sons.
