SONGWRITERS HALL! Robert Lamm, James Pankow and former Chicago member Peter Cetera -- are among this year's inductees into the Songwriters Hall of Fame. Lamm, Pankow and Cetera are responsible for penning nearly every well-known Chicago song and will receive the honor at the 48th Annual Induction and Awards diner on June 15 in New York City. Get the list of inductees.

BOWIE BIRTHPLACE MEMORIAL! A U.K. artist collective called This Ain't Rock'n'Roll plans to erect a a sculpture paying tribute to David Bowie in the London district where he was was born. The 30-foot tall structure will be a giant three-dimensional depiction of the blue-and-red lightning bolt that's painted on Bowie's face on the cover of his 1973 album Aladdin Sane. Get a preview.

HARRISON FORD'S CLOSE CALL! A video has surfaced of Harrison Ford's close call with a passenger jet at Santa Monica, California's John Wayne Airport last week. The video was captured by runway cameras and shows how dangerously close he passed over an American Airlines 737 that was on the taxiway.
