A CAPITOL FOURTH! Smokey Robinson and Kenny Loggins are among the artists set to take part in the 2016 edition of the annual PBS Independence Day special, A Capitol Fourth, taking place on West Lawn of the U.S. Capitol, and will be hosted by Tom Bergeron. Get the details.
