I hope everybody is enjoying the snow. I had to get my shovel down from the rafters again. Good thing Spring begins a week from today and I'm holding it to Mother Nature to give us better weather.

DEAD CELEB! Joni Sledge one of the sisters in Sister Sledge died last Friday of undisclosed causes. She was 60. Sister Sledge is famous for their hits "We Are Family" and "He's the Greatest Dancer". Get the obit.

CLASSIC EAST & WEST LINEUP! The bi-coastal music festival, dubbed Classic East and Classic West, has confirmed more acts to the upcoming July festivals. Six artists in all will play each two-night festival. The first night will feature the Eagles, Steely Dan and the Doobie Brothers. Fleetwood Mac, Journey and Earth, Wind & Fire perform on the second night. Get the itinerary.

PLAY-DOH PATENT PENDING! Hasbro has filed for a patent for the SCENT of Play-Doh. The company says the unique smell officially is: "A sweet, slightly musky, vanilla-like fragrance, with slight overtones of cherry, and a natural smell of a salted, wheat-based dough." Take a sniff.
